The gym or casual exercise is a big YES, but like a gremlin, don't get it wet, so no swimming - sorry! Just be wary, lots of sweat, some fast movements, or big stretches may detach Aura.

In order to get the best result from your Aura, ensure all oil + mositurisers are removed from the area you’re wanting to apply the device. The skin must be completely dry so that the gel pads can be as adhesive as possible.

No, you can’t. For optimal results, we recommend wearing the device directly on the skin. However, we’ve made sure to design the Aura so it can be worn as an accessory on its own!

While some customers choose to sleep wearing AURA, we cannot recommend it for regulatory reasons. Caution is advised due to the increased risk of electrical impulses (via the gel pads) being applied to the neck, chest, thorax and/or face during sleep which can be dangerous.

We know that period cramps and cramps don’t have a set time frame in life. Aura is safe for anyone with period cramps to use, but TENS machines are not recommended to anyone under the age of 12.
